A practical one-day class for people who want to understand unit turns, punch work, inspection standards, and the final details that make a space move-in ready.

Make-ready workflow from notice to move-in

What You Will Learn

A four-day HVAC program that combines system fundamentals, diagnostics, tool use, safety standards, and practical review for people building HVAC readiness.

HVAC safety, PPE, and electrical lockout/tagout basics
Refrigeration cycle, superheat, and subcooling
EPA Section 608 concepts and exam preparation
Tools, meters, and gauges - use and care
Common diagnostics: airflow, capacitors, contactors, and thermostats
Brazing and leak prevention basics
Charging, recovery, and recordkeeping fundamentals

$2,000 full 4-day course

$1,500 sign-up deposit

Morning: classroom procedures and system fundamentals
Afternoon: hands-on brazing, diagnostics, and recovery/charging practice
Day 4: review and state exam

EMS provides certificates of completion for approved training tracks after the required class participation and skill review. These certificates show EMS training completion and do not replace state licenses, trade licenses, or third-party certifications where those are required.
